I retired as a graphic designer and began painting various subjects mainly rural landscapes, old cars.
My love of the bush comes spending 40 years at my parent’s weekender, 80 acres on Wallis Lake NSW which was mainly left bush. The kangaroos sat around the house, deer from the National Park nearby darted by, black cockies ate the she oak nuts and an assortment of cows, horses and pigs wandered in. We struggled bush fires and in the drought hand watered the orchard and some wonderful bananas my Dad grew.
I am living in Sydney now and building a house on a couple of acres for my two Welsh Springer Spaniels to enjoy on the Central Coast which has a lovely creek at the end of the property.
I paint original artwork in acrylic paint on canvas in varying sizes.
