You can't start the day without a well-earned smoko by the old shed! In Australia you don't require tobacco for a smoko, just a decent big cup of tea! Inspired by the cool colours of early morning as the sun rose and lit the background hills on our recent trip to the outskirts of Bathurst in NSW.
